Complaint Handling

Purgo Supply Services recognise the importance of client satisfaction. An immediate Complaint Handling response is put in place when a client raises a concern of current service delivery.

Our ISO Quality Management team will visit the site and form an action plan to resolve the issues raised as promptly as possible. The management team will also train our on-site operatives to ensure there is no repeat of the concerns. All findings are documented following the issue being resolved for future learning and development.
